Recruiter An Environmental and Geotechnical engineering firm is seeking to expand their Talent Acquisition team in Walnut Creek. The individual selected for this position will manage and oversee the hiring process for various roles, including interns, co-ops, and career hires. Responsibilities Drive the full recruitment lifecycle across identified business units. Partner closely with hiring managers nationwide to clarify hiring needs for open requisitions and understand business basics to support filling open positions. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates across the country to enhance employer branding. Communicate in a friendly, professional, and inclusive manner with colleagues and candidates. Schedule and participate in interviews, preparation meetings, and feedback sessions. Collaborate with other HR members to ensure all hiring processes comply with company and regulatory policies. Work with managers, candidates, HR, and local office administration to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration process. Essential Skills Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and full-cycle recruiting. Bachelor's degree required. 1-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, with Cornerstone experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in an engineering, scientific, construction, or consulting firm is a plus. Work Environment The position requires working on-site in Walnut Creek for three days a week, specifically Tuesday through Thursday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Walnut Creek, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $45.67/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
