About the Role We're hiring a Recruiter to play a critical role in maintaining our high bar for talent quality. This role focuses on final-stage candidate evaluation and hiring decision-making across a wide range of functional roles. You'll serve as the final checkpoint before candidates are introduced to clients, partnering closely with recruiting leadership and global teams to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional talent. What You'll Do Candidate Evaluation & Hiring Decisions Conduct final-stage interviews across multiple functional roles Serve as the final decision-maker on candidate readiness and quality Maintain a consistently high bar for talent before client introduction Strategic Partnership Partner with recruiting leadership to assess pipeline health and quality trends Provide feedback and insights to global recruiting teams to improve candidate calibration Help evolve recruiting processes to improve outcomes and experience Process Improvement & Coverage Drive initiatives that improve candidate quality and client experience Support recruiting coverage and transitions as needed What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Experience in full-cycle recruiting with strong interview and assessment skills Experience working in an agency environment Comfort making hiring decisions and maintaining quality standards Familiarity recruiting across digital marketing, e-commerce, SaaS, or agency roles Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Metrics-driven mindset with experience tracking hiring outcomes Why Join GrowthAssistant High-impact, ownership-driven role Opportunity to influence strategy and build scalable systems Collaborative, fast-growing environment Competitive compensation and benefits Room to grow with the company
