The Administrative Associate provides high level administrative support to the Imaging Services Department leadership team. This includes heavy calendar management, travel arrangements, procurement, processing expenses and other administrative duties as needed. May consider higher education completed in lieu of minimum requirements. Preferred Education: Some undergraduate education preferred. Job duties include coordinating administrative functions, maintaining financial and personnel records, providing counsel on administrative matters, compiling statistics, relieving supervisor of internal administrative duties, coordinating supervisor's schedule, providing professional support for special projects, completing complex projects and reports, composing and typing correspondence, planning and coordinating projects, triaging and routing calls. Security: This position is security-sensitive and subject to Texas Education Code 51.215, which authorizes UT Southwestern to obtain criminal history record information.
