Maintenance Technician (Mobile) As a CBRE Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function and is responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. Must be comfortable with extensive everyday travel covering the Atlanta, GA area. Must live within designated radius of the job site to reliably work schedule/shift. To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of the following: HVAC General Building Maintenance Plumbing Electrical / Lighting Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) One (1) - Two (2) years of related experience (building maintenance/engineering operations) EPA required Mobile maintenance experience highly preferred Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record with periodic checks Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
