The Role We are seeking a high-potential Search Consultant to join our executive search team. This role is ideal for intellectually curious, commercially minded individuals who thrive on solving complex problems and influencing senior decision-makers. At its core, executive search is about insight and engagement. You will research markets, analyze industries, identify high-performing senior leaders, and engage them through a compelling and credible narrative. You will operate across research, consulting, and business development - building trusted relationships with Director, Senior Director and VP-level executives across industries and geographies.
