The Role We are seeking a high-potential Search Consultant to join our executive search team. This role is ideal for intellectually curious, commercially minded individuals who thrive on solving complex problems and influencing senior decision-makers. At its core, executive search is about insight and engagement. You will research markets, analyze industries, identify high-performing senior leaders, and engage them through a compelling and credible narrative. You will operate across research, consulting, and business development - building trusted relationships with Director, Senior Director and VP-level executives across industries and geographies. This is a unique opportunity for ambitious graduates seeking early exposure to senior stakeholders and long-term career growth within executive search. Key Responsibilities Participate in detailed role briefings with clients alongside experienced Client Partners Conduct structured market mapping and competitor analysis to identify target talent pools Engage, qualify and assess senior-level executives against specific client mandates Conduct structured interviews to evaluate leadership capability and functional expertise Provide clients with search updates, market intelligence, and candidate insights Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle, ensuring a professional and consultative experience Contribute to continuous refinement of search strategy and research methodology What Were Looking For A driven, target-oriented mindset with strong personal accountability Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems analytically and creatively Resilience, curiosity, and a high degree of professionalism Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Highly computer literate with a good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel What Youll Gain Direct exposure to senior leaders across global markets Structured training in executive search methodology Early responsibility in client-facing situations A meritocratic environment with transparent progression The opportunity to build a long-term career in a high-performance consulting environment
