Administrative Support Coordinator The College of Health and Human Services on the Sacramento State campus is seeking to hire one Administrative Support Coordinator to provide operational support for a grant-funded partnership with American River College focused on developing a certificate and apprenticeship pathway in allied health. This position will coordinate meetings and communications, track project timelines and deliverables, assist with budget and purchasing processes, maintain grant documentation for compliance and reporting, and support collaboration among faculty, staff, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have experience providing administrative support in a professional setting, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a higher education or grant-funded environment. Internal Candidates Only, External Candidates Will Not Be Considered This is a part-time, temporary, non-benefited position. Employment in all positions with University Enterprises, Inc. is dependent upon the mutual consent of University Enterprises, Inc. and the employee. This means that either University Enterprises, Inc. or the employee can, at any time, terminate the employment relationship at will, with or without cause. UEI does not allow employees to hold more than one UEI Job at a time, or work in more than one account per pay period. Flexible workdays and work hours, Monday Friday, between 8 AM 5 PM. Final work schedule to be determined by supervisor. Casual employees are limited to 19.5 hours per workweek (Sunday Saturday). $25.70 per hour. Minimum Qualifications Experience providing administrative or program support in a professional setting. Strong organizational, communication, and recordkeeping skills. Experience supporting projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace). Preferred Qualifications Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support for grant activities, meetings, and cross-institutional coordination. Schedule meetings and events; prepare agendas, materials, and meeting notes. Track project timelines, deliverables, and required documentation. Assist with budget tracking, purchasing, reimbursements, and other fiscal processes in accordance with university policies. Support data collection, reporting, and recordkeeping for grant compliance. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners, including ARC and the HHS Student Success Center. Sit for extended periods; frequently stand and walk; manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination; corrected hearing and vision to normal range; verbal communication; use of office equipment including computer workstations, telephones, calculators, copiers, printers, and scanners with or without reasonable accommodation.
