Operations Specialist As an Operations Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. From process optimization to systems support, you'll help streamline workflows, solve problems, and enable the entire team to perform at its best. You can't drop the ball. No matter how many balls you're juggling. This role requires exceptional multitasking, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to prioritize like a pro. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring KPIs, operational reports, and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborating with teams across departments (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Customer Service, etc.) to support business objectives. Ensuring compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Supporting strategic initiatives, including system upgrades, process automation, and operational scaling. What we're looking for includes: 7+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business support. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a "figure it out" mindset.
