Position Responsibilities Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs based on business and operational demands. Manage position creation, updates and maintenance in Workday to ensure alignment with workforce plans. Conduct labor market analysis to identify talent and industry trends. Analyze hiring data and workforce planning to identify hiring gaps and future staffing needs. Develop reports that translate workforce data into actionable insights and present recommendations to leadership. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 3+ years in a Workforce Planning (WFM), HR Analyst or HR Business Partner role. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
