Your Impact You will operate in a hybrid estimating and project management capacity with significant autonomy and ownership. Key responsibilities include: Preparing detailed Division 9 estimates and proposals Managing awarded projects from preconstruction through closeout Controlling project budgets, schedules, and profitability Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field execution Identifying cost savings, efficiencies, and operational improvements Working directly with ownership to help scale Division 9 operations This role offers the opportunity to influence both project outcomes and operational structure.
