Teller Position Sabine Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Teller to join our Strickland Office team. As a frontline representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional member service while accurately processing financial transactions. Your contributions will support the Credit Union's financial operations and uphold our reputation for trust and excellence in the community. Key Responsibilities: Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency. Verify member identification and ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain balanced cash drawers and prepare daily transaction reports. Provide information about products and services, referring members to appropriate departments when needed. Identify and report suspicious activities or potential fraud to management promptly. Resolve member inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a focus on member satisfaction. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized teller station. Qualifications: Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with cash handling. Familiarity with standard office software.
