Job Description

Compliance And Retirement Program Manager This position will be responsible for managing the compliance of the USCA retirement programs, daily administration of the global equity awards program and project managing various projects within the Employee Benefits department, with a focus on Retirement and Savings projects. This position will also provide analytical support within the Retirement & Savings team and will support important non-US plan design analysis and recommendation. Finally, this position is responsible for accounting and financial functions for the Retirement & Savings team within the Employee Benefits Department for both the U.S. and Canada. Core responsibilities and tasks include: Lead U.S. Retirement and Savings Plan Compliance Lead daily administration of global equity awards program Global Retirement Program Governance and Administration Accounting and Financial Management Project Manage Special Employee Benefits Projects Support Vice President Employee Benefits, Director Retirement & Savings Plans, and Director Health and Welfare Plans Continuous Improvement This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Qualifications Position requirements include: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Finance, or related field 3+ years of Human Resources or Finance experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical/skill requirements include: Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office software Travel requirements are 5%.
