As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the voice of ForgeFit, ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and positive experience from order to installation and beyond. Your role will involve: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care. Assisting customers with orders, shipping details, product information, and troubleshooting. Collaborating with fulfillment, sales, and service teams to track and resolve issues quickly. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM. Proactively following up on customer needs to ensure their satisfaction. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ForgeFit's product lines and service policies. We are looking for candidates who possess: 1+ years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively. Comfort with using CRM or support tools. A positive attitude and genuine desire to assist others. Interest in fitness or familiarity with gym equipment is a plus.
