Your Role We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to perform advanced technical and engineering problem solving that supports our nuclear plant operations. In this role, you will make crucial technical decisions while applying your extensive knowledge of engineering principles and industry codes and regulations. What You Will Do Provide expert technical knowledge to develop, manage, and implement engineering analyses, activities, and programs. Engage directly to identify and resolve equipment and system challenges. Manage engineering issues from initiation to completion. Execute assigned engineering tasks while ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all work, while maintaining proper configuration management. Conduct independent research and analyses to support technical projects and initiatives. Innovate by recommending equipment and techniques aimed at enhancing performance, reducing costs, or ensuring compliance with codes and regulations. Be prepared to perform additional duties as assigned by management or according to company policy, including emergency response and support during outages. Qualifications For Entry Level E01 Engineer – New Graduate: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear). Ability to meet access requirements for the role as applicable, including a favorable medical examination. For Mid-Level E02 Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience. Ability to meet access requirements for the role and pass necessary medical tests. For Senior E03 Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience. Ability to fulfill access requirements for the role and pass necessary medical tests. Preferred Qualifications Engineer in Training Certification is a plus.
