Your Role: Lead the Way: Directly oversee and participate in the installation of solar panels, wiring, and electrical systems, ensuring adherence to NEC standards and company policies. Mentor Your Team: Offer daily guidance and technical support, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Technical Problem-Solver: Address on-site challenges to facilitate seamless project execution while ensuring customer satisfaction. Document with Precision: Keep detailed installation records, including site instructions and equipment configurations, to maintain transparency and quality. Communicate Effectively: Liaise with customers, inspectors, and internal teams to keep everyone updated throughout the project lifecycle. Safety First: Maintain a safe and organized job site and ensure safe operation of company vehicles and equipment. Qualifications We're Looking For: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Licensure: Current Electrician License or documented progress toward licensure preferred. Experience: 1-2 years in solar installation, electrical work, or construction preferred. Skills: Strong mechanical skills, ability to work at heights, and comfort with various tools. Physical Stamina: Capability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly and perform demanding physical tasks outdoors. Leadership: Proven track record of motivating teams and fostering a positive work environment. Attention to Detail: Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities. Reliability: Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
