Your Role as a Speech Therapist In this impactful role, you will: Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify challenges and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Document patient progress and reactions to therapy. Celebrate and share in the victories of your patients. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must have: Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire. A Master's degree is preferred, but a Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience is also acceptable.
