Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level Location: Nacogdoches, TX Pay Range: $15.15 Shift: First What's the Job? Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions. Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed. Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on equipment. What's Needed?
