Key Responsibilities: Organize and prepare essential documentation for filing client financials and tax returns. Guide clients on their tax obligations and diverse tax-related issues. Submit tax returns for clients, either in paper form or electronically. Keep abreast of IRS and local tax legislation to ensure adherence to compliance standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline. 0-2 years of tax experience in a public accounting environment for entry-level candidates. 3-5 years of tax experience for those applying at a more experienced level. Preferred CPA or EA certification, or currently pursuing it. Proficient in tax preparation software and e-filing systems. Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
