In this pivotal role, you will spearhead complex penetration testing events and execute offensive cybersecurity operations for U.S. Government and DoD systems. Collaborating alongside dedicated Blue Team and Cybersecurity professionals, you will significantly contribute to improving our overall cyber defenses. Position Overview: This position is contingent upon the award of a contract, anticipated in October of 2026. Clearance Requirements: An ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance is mandatory. Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet the eligibility criteria for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship is essential for obtaining this clearance. Key Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of computer security, military system specifications, and DoD cybersecurity policies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective presentations. Possession of one or more DoD 8570.01-M CSSP Auditor certifications such as CEH, CySA+, CISA, GSNA, CFR, PenTest+. Must hold Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification. Possession of additional certifications like Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE), Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSEE), or Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP) is a plus. Responsibilities: Develop, modify, and effectively utilize offensive security tools, including Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, and Cobalt Strike. Imitate threat actor behavior using tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) in alignment with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK. Conduct assessments across various operating systems, including Linux, Windows, and macOS. Engage in exploit development to identify zero-day or previously undiscovered vulnerabilities. Analyze and address gaps in offensive tools and development methodologies. Perform programming and development tasks using at least two scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java, Rust, Assembly, C#) to support exploit development. Preferred Qualifications: A decade of full-time professional experience in penetration testing and/or offensive cyber operations, including: Expertise in developing and utilizing penetration tools like Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, and Cobalt Strike. Experience in threat behavior simulation and adversary emulation. Proficiency with various operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS). Hands-on experience with Active Directory. Competence in exploit development. Ability to identify and rectify gaps in tools and development techniques. Proficient in at least two scripting or programming languages (Python, C++, Java, Rust, Assembly, C#, etc.). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is required. Compensation: Compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, and alignment with our corporate compensation plan.
