The Therapy Department at our skilled nursing facility is actively seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join us in a PRN or part-time capacity. In this role, you will provide outstanding, individualized care to our patients, enhancing their functional abilities and overall quality of life. As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will create tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. Your responsibilities will include observing, assessing, and documenting patient progress promptly, while communicating effectively with the therapy team, the patients, and their families. Your feedback will be invaluable in discussions with the designated supervisor regarding all clinical and rehabilitation matters.
