Industry Construction Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Executive to lead our financial strategy as we embark on an exciting growth journey. In this vital role, you will serve as a senior advisor to our executive team, providing insights that influence long-term strategy, growth initiatives, and acquisition plans. Your expertise will guide all financial management aspects, encompassing forecasting, capital planning, and innovation in financial systems. The successful candidate will enhance job-cost visibility, strengthen WIP reporting, and optimize cash flow performance. You will also build scalable financial systems and controls to support our rapid expansion, drive M&A strategy, manage relationships with key external partners, and be a champion of innovation through financial technology and data analytics. To thrive in this role, you should possess a minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role, preferably within the construction or development sector. A strong record of scaling organizations through operational excellence and strategic foresight is essential. You will bring specialized knowledge in construction finance, including WIP, bonding, and project accounting, along with experience in M&A, strategic planning, and capital markets. We are looking for an exceptional communicator with a passion for mentoring a high-performing finance and accounting team.
