Join Our Team as an Employee Relations Manager! Are you passionate about promoting fair and respectful workplace environments? The North American Employee Relations (ER) team is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to support our fulfillment and logistics business lanes. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our employees are treated with dignity and respect while working to meet our core business values and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Proactive Initiatives: Focus on initiatives that improve employee experiences and foster a positive workplace culture. Risk Detection and Mitigation: Use your expertise to identify trends and challenges, implementing strategies to mitigate risks. Crisis Management: Address employee relations issues under tight timeframes, demonstrating sound judgment and quick decision-making. Project Management: Manage large-scale projects effectively to enhance the experience of our frontline partners. Data Analysis: Leverage strong analytical skills to interpret data and create persuasive narratives that drive actionable recommendations. Effective Communication: Create high-quality written communications and engage in training sessions that inspire and educate. Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote transparency and influence positive change. Problem Solving: Navigate ambiguous situations to achieve resolutions with minimal supervision. Work at Scale: Develop sustainable mechanisms and programs that impact the entire network. Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, or employment law. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience supporting large hourly workforces. Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics for improving employee experience. Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish. Experience in crafting and executing engagement programs and action plans. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. 1+ years of operations management experience. Demonstrated accountability, judgment, and decision-making abilities. This is a full-time position reporting to an Employee Relations Principal. Expect significant travel, potentially up to 50%, and on-site presence at least three days each week. The role involves addressing both proactive and reactive employee relations challenges, making time management essential to success. We offer a competitive salary range of $127,400.00 - $172,300.00 annually, with additional benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
