Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals has an Evaluation to hire position with a company in Sparta! Candidate will work in a fabrication shop and have a variety of duties. Job Title: Laser Machine Operator Job Type: Evaluation Hire Location: Sparta Shift: First Shift Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, some mandatory overtime. Wage: $18.00/hour Job Duties: Reading orders to select which pallets of sheet metal to place in machines Placing sheet metal onto table, running through laser to cut out parts Placing scrap into correct metal bins Using computer to determine which materials to use, and proper cuts to make Forklift Operation Some use of break press May have the opportunity to use/learn a CNC Machine as well Job Qualifications: Prefer experience running a fiber optic laser Forklift experience is mandatory. Will train. Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a frequents basis, and comfortable standing for duration of 8-hour shift.
