Your Role: As a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in a compassionate healthcare team focused on enriching our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include: Carefully monitoring residents throughout their treatment, creating a comforting atmosphere within our community. Performing routine checks on residents' vital signs with a gentle approach, ensuring their well-being. Supporting residents in adhering to their medication schedules, building trust and dependability. Collaborating effectively with RNs and the broader medical team to foster a cohesive healthcare environment. Building strong relationships with residents' families to ensure open communication and support. Qualifications: Must hold an unrestricted LPN license valid in the state. A compassionate and caring demeanor. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency. Still Undecided?
