Outstanding Benefits - among the best in the industry Competitive Compensation Opportunities for Career Advancement Thriving Company Culture Your Essential Responsibilities Include: Install and modify refrigeration systems and related equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues Contribute to our Preventative Maintenance Program by following work orders from management Safely adjust equipment during production Understand start-up and shut down protocols in production facilities Utilize lockout/tag-out processes to maintain safety Diagnose electrical components using a meter for timely repairs Schedule parts replacements to avoid workflow disruptions Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: Experience with ammonia refrigeration or similar systems Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Knowledgeable about air compressors and control systems Strong communication skills for effective teamwork Requirements: Experience as a Residential or Commercial HVAC Technician Valid Journeyman License or Ticket Class B Gas Ticket High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Comprehensive knowledge of commercial HVAC products and installation Strong understanding of HVAC functions and ductwork design Excellent communication abilities with clients and colleagues Demonstrated leadership and strong work ethic Robust analytical and logical skills for precise tasks Stable background and work history Does This Describe You?
