QC inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Associate to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring all quality standards are met. This dual-role position is key to maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Packing Duties: Accurately pack products according to company specifications and customer requirements Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment Ensure cleanliness and organization of packing station Handle materials and finished goods safely and efficiently Maintain production logs and records as needed Must have polishing and buffing experience Quality Control Duties: Perform visual inspections of products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies Measure and test products to ensure they meet established specifications Report non-conforming products and assist in root cause investigations Document QC findings and maintain accurate inspection records Collaborate with supervisors to maintain compliance with quality standards Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in packing and/or quality control is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to spot product defects Good manual dexterity and physical stamina Basic math and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to adhere to safety and quality protocols Pay Details: $19.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
