Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA - Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem, PRN UP TO $5K SIGN BONUS Lady Lake Specialty Care Center, Lady Lake, FL Join our team at Lady Lake Specialty Care Center as a Physical Therapist Assistant in our In-House Subacute Rehabilitation department. In this role, you'll assist in implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover mobility, strength, and independence under the guidance of licensed physical therapists. Responsibilities: Implement therapy exercises and activities for patient recovery Document patient progress and update care plans Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve rehabilitation goals Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations Qualifications: Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program Current state licensure or certification as a PTA Strong communication and teamwork skills Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
