Your Role As a Senior Account Executive focusing on the Public Sector, you will be pivotal in helping organizations refine their online recruitment strategies. You will showcase our advanced job search technology to state, local, and educational agencies, illustrating how our solutions can improve their efficiency, collaboration, and adaptability in hiring the right talent. Key Responsibilities Forge and nurture strong relationships with accounts while effectively closing sales. Analyze market trends and deliver insightful monthly analytics reports to clients. Identify and capitalize on potential revenue opportunities through proactive outreach and establish a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed quotas. Conduct compelling product demonstrations via phone and webinars. Create meaningful connections through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and professional networking. Drive revenue growth by promoting Indeed's solutions to SLED employers. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in a sales-related role. Strong ability to engage in outreach (cold calling) and educate clients confidently, building new relationships effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for creating engaging presentations. Data-driven mindset with a proactive and self-motivated work ethic. Quick to learn and apply new concepts. Current membership in the Sales Organization is required. Eligibility is specific to certain job profiles.
