Job Description

Join our Global Protection and Security (GP&S) team as we take proactive measures to detect, investigate, and mitigate insider threats. Your efforts will be instrumental in protecting our assets, data, and reputation at Accenture. Key Responsibilities: Develop analytical assessments targeting insider threat developments and effectively communicate your insights to senior management. Conduct thorough open-source investigations, leveraging diverse data sources while maintaining detailed case management records. Enhance and formulate use cases for detecting insider risks, becoming a crucial resource contributing to security initiatives and incident management. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including teams from information security, HR, legal, and recruitment, to build a robust insider risk program. Leverage your professional network in public and private sectors to stay updated on evolving insider risk trends. Engage in the design and delivery of insider threat awareness training to enhance employee understanding and vigilance. Assist in identifying and implementing technology solutions that address insider risk issues. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all legal and privacy regulations. Job Requirements: Willingness to work outside standard business hours when necessary due to urgent situations. Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in counterintelligence or insider risk investigations and programs. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as cybersecurity, computer science, criminal justice, international relations, or intelligence studies. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, insider threat analysis, and law enforcement investigations. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify patterns and trends in extensive datasets. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with insider threat frameworks like the NITTF Insider Threat Maturity Framework or CISA guidelines is advantageous. Experience handling investigations involving sensitive information is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Certified Insider Threat Program Manager (CITPM) or Certified Insider Threat Analyst (CITA) are a plus. The work location will be finalized during the hiring process. Compensation is competitive and based on various factors including experience level and office location.
