Facility: Sanford Med Ctr Fargo Address: 5225 23rd Ave S, Fargo, ND 58104, USA Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: 3430 - 3430 Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) will leverage the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver tailored nursing care to patients. You will collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Demonstrate your competency while practicing within your full scope of nursing expertise, using age and population-specific standards in your designated clinical setting. Care for patients throughout their health journey, encompassing preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-ups. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating care, performing patient assessments, providing education, triaging, and executing various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and established nursing standards. Our nursing practice is grounded in the recognized Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as defined by the American Nurses Association. Qualifications Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program, such as those recognized by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred. Must hold an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing in which you will practice, or have multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Must obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
