Job Description

Immediate Hiring For An Assembly Technician - Issaquah As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for measuring products for assembly, performing visual inspections, and taking internal clearance measurements. You will also perform part marking using chemical or laser etching equipment, deliver finished products for quality verification or shipment, and complete inspection reports and shop travelers. Additionally, you will apply basic math skills to ensure product specifications are met and read various documents including drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Responsibilities Measure product pulled for assembly and take internal clearance measurements. Perform visual inspections and clean the person balls. Perform part marking using chemical or laser etching equipment. Deliver finished products for quality verification or shipment. Complete inspection reports and shop travelers. Apply basic math skills to ensure product specifications are met. Read and interpret documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Essential Skills Proficient with hand tools and mechanical assembly. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing processes. Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in manufacturing operations. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Ability to frequently lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 70 lbs. Finger dexterity and proficiency in reading drawings and blueprints. Proficient in using calipers and micrometers. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency with bearing assembly is preferred. Strong understanding of safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
