Supply Chain Strategy Intern We are seeking a motivated and curious Supply Chain Strategy Intern to join our team. This internship provides students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working on real-world, high-impact projects within our supply chain organization. You will be responsible for delivering defined project outcomes, managing timelines, and presenting a final executive-level presentation summarizing key insights, findings, and recommendations. Example Projects May Include: Supplier & Spend Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards that analyze EMS supplier spend, cost drivers, lead times, and risk indicators to support sourcing strategies and capacity planning decisions. Process Improvement & Documentation: Map and document current EMS sourcing and supplier onboarding processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with ERP (Phoenix) and supply chain control tower initiatives. Strategic Initiative Support: Assist with cross-functional programs such as ERP transitions, sourcing governance, or logistics optimization by coordinating data, preparing executive-ready materials, and tracking project milestones. Key Learning Objectives & Skills Developed Practical application of supply chain analytics, cost modeling, and data interpretation Exposure to strategic sourcing, EMS operations, and supplier management within a global clean-energy company Development of business communication and executive presentation skills Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and IT teams Hands-on experience with ERP systems, dashboards, and process standardization Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Interest in supply chain strategy, sourcing, or operations Compensation Compensation is based on market location and may vary depending on experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors. For roles based in California, the hourly pay range for this position is $40$50 per hour.
