Temp Admin - Jacksonville $ 22 - $ 24 / Hour Location: Jacksonville, Florida Work Type: Full time, onsite, contract Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support to department leaders and staff. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, and internal documents. Maintain digital and paper filing systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with data entry, document management, and record maintenance. Customer Service & Communication Serve as the first point of contact for internal staff and external visitors. Answer and route phone calls; respond to general inquiries promptly and professionally. Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients. Operational Support Coordinate office supply orders and maintain inventory. Assist with onboarding tasks for temporary or new employees (badge setup, paperwork, etc.). Support event coordination, meeting preparation, and room scheduling. Process mail, shipping, scanning, and photocopying tasks. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications 13 years of administrative or office support experience preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Comfortable learning new software systems quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Dependable, professional, and able to exercise discretion with confidential information. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
