Project Scheduler Construction A leading general contractor with a strong presence across the Midwest and Tennessee, currently expanding into Lebanon, IN. The company is focused on both local talent and traveling professionals, especially for large-scale, mission-critical builds like data centers and power plants. They offer great benefits, growth, and long-term stability. Job Description Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. Identify schedule risks early and create contingency plans to avoid delays and cost overruns. Facilitate communication between the office and field teams to ensure all parties understand schedule expectations and impacts. Monitor construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, safety standards, and project control systems. Produce progress reports, critical path analysis, milestone updates, and schedule forecasts. Work closely with project managers, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather accurate scheduling inputs. The Successful Applicant Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field. 4+ years of experience as a Construction Scheduler, project controls specialist, or similar role. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, scopes, and contracts. Proficiency in P6, Microsoft Project, or comparable scheduling platforms. Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Highly collaborative, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
