The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to identify procurement needs, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and Procurement processes Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation Strong Analytical Skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred Familiarity with real estate or construction industries is a plus
