Word Processor I Echelon Services LLC is hiring for a Word Processor I to help drive our customer's critical mission. Support given includes: Providing management and personnel security/suitability background investigation submission support. Success is defined as 100% of investigation requests submitted to the PSI-CoE being processed with one of two outcomes: all unneeded or incomplete investigation requests are closed and/or cancelled; all required and completed investigation requests are submitted to and accepted by the investigative service provider (ISP). The current ISP is the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) National Background Investigation Bureau (NBIB). Qualifications include: Providing customer support center (CSC)/helpline services to applicants and requesters. Security Clearance: Requires a secret clearance or higher. Work location: This is an onsite role; all work will be conducted at Aberdeen Proving Grounds.
