Join Our Team in Reimbursement Consulting Services At Cardinal Health, our Customer Service team is dedicated to building and strengthening customer relationships through effective contract management, order processing, and swift problem resolution. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will ensure that both new and existing clients receive exceptional service, helpful billing guidance, and innovative process improvements. Your Role and Responsibilities: Serve as the go-to expert for the Reimbursement Consulting Services Program. Manage your designated stores, adhering to a structured schedule of regular calls. Uphold high standards of customer care in accordance with RCS Advisor policies. Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively. Provide guidance on utilizing the Outcomes Platform for pharmacies enrolled in our program. Identify and recommend necessary billing corrections to secure appropriate payments. Assist pharmacies by leveraging reports to enhance Patient Adherence. Communicate significant pharmacy issues to store owners or staff. Strengthen relationships with store owners through ongoing engagement. Educate pharmacies about industry trends and the intricacies of Reimbursement Consulting Services. Take on additional tasks or projects as required. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy technician role is desirable. Strong customer service skills In-depth product knowledge Critical problem-solving abilities Effective documentation skills Active listening capabilities Strong telephone communication skills Ability to resolve conflicts Analytical thinking Proficient in multitasking What You Can Expect: Use your knowledge to tackle diverse tasks and projects of varying complexity. Identify solutions to technical issues and take appropriate actions. Exercise judgment within defined parameters based on guidance received. Your work will be reviewed for accuracy and sound reasoning. Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $57,000 to $81,600.
