About Clark Transfer Since 1949, Clark Transfer has been the trusted choice for moving the sets, lights, and costumes for numerous Broadway shows and live entertainment productions. Our unique operations tailor to the fast-paced requirements of show business. At Clark Transfer, we exclusively work with Owner Operators; we don’t hire lease-purchase drivers. All drivers are required to own their own tractor and will be pulling our custom-designed 48 and 53 trailers. We operate across all 48 states and Canada, consistently recognized as the industry standard in theatrical transportation. Why Join Us? Solo Owner Operators can earn between $175,000 and $225,000+ with less than 85k miles annually. Team Owner Operators average $275,000 to $325,000+ while driving under 110k miles a year. Solos enjoy a guaranteed minimum of $3,500 weekly (with many earning $3,750 - $4,250+). Teams are guaranteed at least $5,000 weekly (with most earning $5,500 - $6,500+). Access to a company-supported Owner Operator health insurance program. All miles compensated, including detention, bobtail, and empty/loaded miles. Receive a $5,000 referral bonus. Fuel permits & taxes paid by the company. Tolls covered while under dispatch, utilizing a company-provided transponder. We cover cargo and liability insurance costs. Fuel price guarantee of $1.60/gallon or lower on average, after fuel surcharge. Requirements: Minimum age of 23. Must hold a Class A license. A minimum of 2 years of OTR experience, including 6 months within the last 12 months. Willingness to run OTR. A strong work history with minimal employment gaps over the past 3 years.
