MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR | ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Coordinate registrations, sponsorship documentation, logistics, and materials for tradeshows, conferences, and industry events (onsite attendance may be required as needed) Maintain and manage event calendars, deadlines, shipping schedules, and vendor and internal communication Track and manage company memberships in professional organizations, including renewals and documentation Develop, format, and distribute internal communications across company platforms Create, schedule, and manage client email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance tracking Coordinate development and distribution of direct mail campaigns, including vendor coordination and mailing list management Maintain and organize digital marketing files and brand assets to ensure version control and accessibility Provide marketing production support for proposals, presentations, and business development initiatives Assist with CRM updates, reporting, and database maintenance as assigned Support cross-departmental marketing requests and perform other related duties as assigned MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR | COMPETENCIES High attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Communication proficiency (written and verbal) Project coordination ability Technical aptitude with marketing platforms, programs, and systems Initiative and follow-through Collaboration and teamwork Ability to manage multiple deadlines Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of personalities and communication styles MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR | POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a in-person, full-time position in Springfield, MO. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some flexibility in hours may be required based on project deadlines and event schedules. MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR | TRAVEL Minimal travel is expected. Onsite attendance at tradeshows or conferences may be required as necessary. MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR | REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma required Must have valid drivers license One (1) to three (3) years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and administrative skills MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR | PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) Experience managing multiple email marketing campaigns simultaneously Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Experience working with CRM platforms MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR | WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is required and overtime may be needed due to business needs. MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR | PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is a largely sedentary role; however, the employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. SUMMARY This position is responsible for coordinating tradeshows and conferences, managing professional memberships, supporting internal communications, executing email and direct mail campaigns, maintaining marketing assets, and providing administrative marketing support to business development and operations teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and capable of executing marketing initiatives with consistency and professionalism.
