Your Role: As a Registered Nurse - Surgical Circulator in our Main OR, you will be a vital member of our team, ensuring that surgical patients receive outstanding care. Your key responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and evaluating surgical patient care with precision and efficiency. You must be able to manage the demands of a busy operating room while prioritizing patient safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop individualized care plans Ensure timely delivery of equipment and supplies essential for surgeries Maintain a sterile environment by consistently following aseptic practices Execute accurate inventory counts in accordance with established protocols Safely position patients in alignment with surgical requirements Monitor and control OR Suite environment to ensure optimal conditions Handle and transport specimens and medications with the utmost care Prepare the OR for subsequent cases in an organized manner Contribute to team training and professional development Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless operations We are an equal-opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
