Job Title : Tosca Automation/Technical Lead / Architect (SAP + Integrated Ecosystems) Location : Seattle, USA Remote- NO Role Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP Tosca Automation professional with strong architecture and tech lead capabilities to design, implement, and scale SAP automation solutions integrated with partner systems such as o9 (planning) and Sterling OMS. The role combines deep SAP automation, integration testing, and delivery leadership in large, multi vendor enterprise environments. Required Experience 8-14 years overall QE experience 3+ years in SAP test automation 2+ years in Tech Lead / Architect capacity SAP Tosca Automation Design and develop end to end automation using Tricentis Tosca for SAP landscapes Automate business processes across SAP Finance and non finance modules Implement model based automation , reusable components, and risk based testing strategies Ensure automation stability, maintainability, and scalability across releases Integration Cross System Validation Lead automation for SAP to partner integrations , including: o9 (forecasting, planning, demand/supply integration points) Sterling OMS (order orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, returns) Validate end to end business flows spanning multiple systems (SAP OMS Planning downstream apps) Automate verification of APIs, IDocs, files, and middleware driven integrations Support test data setup, reconciliation, and cross system data validation Architecture Technical Leadership Define automation architecture, standards, and governance for SAP + integrated platforms Act as Technical Lead , mentoring junior/mid level automation engineers Review automation design and execution for quality and adherence to standards Drive automation roadmap, coverage expansion, and continuous improvement Delivery Stakeholder Management Work closely with SAP functional teams, integration architects, and delivery managers Provide estimation, planning, and execution oversight for automation workstreams Report automation progress, risks, and quality metrics to TechM and client stakeholders Support transitions, KT, and stabilization for managed services engagements Required Skills Experience Must Have Strong hands on experience with Tricentis Tosca (SAP focus) Proven SAP automation experience across SAP finance and non finance modules Experience with integration testing and end to end automation across SAP and partner systems Exposure to o9 and/or Sterling OMS (or similar planning / OMS platforms) Experience designing automation frameworks and enterprise scale solutions Ability to lead teams and operate as a hands on technical lead Good to Have SAP Fiori automation experience API automation using Tosca (REST validations) Middleware exposure CI/CD integration ( Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git ) Tosca certifications (Automation Specialist / Advanced / Architect) About Us: At( | Connected World, Connected Experiences ), we live the philosophy of connected world and connected experiences.
