Your contributions will ensure seamless operations for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and support our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, with a history of achieving operational excellence and enabling leadership in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will act as the central communication point, providing essential decision support and managing special projects, including new market entries and scaling organizational efforts. We are looking for someone with 7-12+ years of experience supporting CEOs or Founders in award-winning companies, with a solid understanding of direct-to-consumer (D2C) models, eCommerce, and digital marketing. A passion for sports, health, wellness, and fitness is essential, along with strong skills in managing executive meetings and confidential projects. Your proactive nature will allow you to identify and resolve challenges while ensuring projects are driven to completion. As an early warning system for risks in execution, you will play a crucial role in our company's expansion plans.
