Requirements Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program Required. ASHP-accredited residency preferred Preferred. Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience Required. Board Certification in Pharmacy Informatics (BCPIS) or related certification preferred Preferred. Experience in pharmacy automation, informatics, or IT applications preferred. Knowledge of EHRs, medication-use systems, and regulatory requirements for controlled substances a plus. Current Kansas Pharmacist license or eligible for licensure Highly Preferred.
