We are on the lookout for a passionate eCommerce UX Designer to shape engaging online experiences. You will create intuitive, data-driven solutions while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to achieve measurable results. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Leading end-to-end design processes for eCommerce flows, from concept to high-fidelity design and delivery. Translating complex business requirements and insights into simple and engaging user experiences. Utilizing A/B and multivariate testing to validate design hypotheses and guide decisions. Collaborating with product and analytics teams to design experiments and interpret findings effectively. Applying strong interaction and visual design skills while adhering to brand guidelines. Advocating for users while balancing business objectives and technical limitations. Contributing to the design system to enhance design quality across the organization. What We Seek: 3-5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio highlighting eCommerce projects. Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) and experience with design systems. Demonstrated ability to use data analytics and experimentation to inform design choices. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and confidently present your design decisions. Experience with iterative product development and agile methodologies. Bonus: Familiarity with conversion optimization, personalization, and behavioral analytics tools. Compensation: We are proud to offer a competitive Total Rewards package to support and empower our employees. The base salary range for this position is $67,000 - $97,000, with eligibility for a discretionary incentive bonus program based on individual and company performance.
