The Technical Intelligence Editor will focus on professionally editing analytical products that support U.S. national security and foreign policy goals related to Counterterrorism (CT) issues. This role is vital and requires collaboration within a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Edit and review documents to comply with customer style guide standards, including graphics and interactive media, while assisting in the development of visual aids and ensuring proper formatting. Ensure accurate sourcing of all products and graphics. Finalize and archive publications. Monitor and track edited work throughout the production process. Coordinate with all involved parties to meet production schedules. Produce, deliver, and archive completed intelligence publications. This position requires a non-traditional schedule: Monday - Thursday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Additional hours may be necessary. A 15% shift differential may apply during certain hours. Basic Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Extensive editorial experience. BA degree with 12 - 15 years of relevant experience, or a Masters with 10 - 13 years of relevant experience (experience may substitute for degrees). Proficiency in editing Finished Intelligence Products or Intelligence Assessments, typically 1-5 pages in length. Demonstrated experience in editing and sourcing Finished Intelligence products in collaboration with IC customers and analysts. Relevant knowledge of U.S. foreign policy, national security CT objectives, and the interagency coordination process. Familiarity with national security classification procedures is essential. Experience in adhering to publication style guides. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, short turnaround environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, particularly with Track Changes functionality. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Adobe InDesign is highly desirable. Pay Range: $116,350.00 - $210,325.00. This range is a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation.
