Work closely with engineers, product teams, and researchers to develop systems that are reliable, scalable, and production-ready. Lead initiatives in data intelligence and automation to enhance decision-making and user experiences. Ensure that all designs comply with data privacy, security, compliance, and AI governance standards. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in software or data engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML or data management systems. Strong understanding of AI/ML principles, MLOps, and modern data architectures (e.g., data mesh, lakehouse). Proficient in data modeling, distributed systems, and performance enhancement. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, intelligent architectures. Outstanding communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and vector databases. Familiar with agentic AI frameworks and developing multi-agent workflows for practical applications.
