Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Chattanooga, TN Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,373 to $1,567 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Thrive Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37412!Job TitleCity/State: Chattanooga, TennesseeShift: 07:00-19:00, DaysContract Length: 12 weeksStart Date: 02/18/2026Job Description:Registered Nurse position in the Labor and Delivery unit with responsibilities including providing care for laboring mothers, assisting in vaginal and cesarean deliveries, and supporting postpartum recovery.Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or one-on-two care for laboring patients. Assist with cervical exams, vaginal deliveries, and cesarean sections. Perform procedures including IUPC and FSE placement, and IV starts with lab draws. Ensure proper recovery care for patients post-cesarean section.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience. Completion of one or more travel contracts preferred. Certifications in NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN intermediate fetal monitoring required.
