Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Capital Sales Executive with a passion for surgical technology to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and specialized surgeons across various disciplines, to promote our cutting-edge surgical systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical equipment or device sales, with a focus on capital and disposable products Preferred background in robotics or surgical sales Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Strong analytical and motivational skills, with keen attention to detail Responsibilities: Engaging with key decision-makers in hospitals and surgical facilities Demonstrating the advantages of the Surgical System to surgical teams Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients About the Surgical System: Discover our breakthrough robotic technology crafted specifically for microsurgery and supermicrosurgery. This system grants surgeons unrivaled precision and control, transforming surgical practices. Key features include: MINIATURIZED INSTRUMENTS: Unique tools designed for enhanced accuracy during delicate procedures. TREMOR REDUCTION: Technology that minimizes errors and trauma during surgery. Clinical Applications Include: Lymphedema Breast Cancer Reconstruction Head & Neck Cancer Surgery Trauma Recovery This surgical system excels in performing microsurgical anastomosis, suturing, ligation, and dissection of soft tissues, with applications spanning reconstructive free flap surgery to lymphatic interventions. Compensation: Base salary of $150K with an uncapped variable component of $250K, complemented by a car allowance, mileage reimbursement, 401K, potential equity (not confirmed), and a possible 6-month salary guarantee.
