This role requires active involvement in daily operations, including dispensing medications and managing the prescription fulfillment process from start to finish. Responsibilities include: Filling, verifying, and packing orders for shipment, including pharmacist verifications. Managing and maintaining customer profiles in PharmacyOS. Processing and verifying initial prescription orders. Coordinating prescription transfers and acquiring new prescriptions. Emphasizing system-based verification and documentation. Available Schedules: Wed-Sat 7:30 AM Sun-Wed 7:30 AM Fri-Mon 7:30 AM Key Responsibilities: Verify quality assurance for all packet and bulk dispenses. Collaborate with fellow pharmacists to ensure thorough quality checks before shift end. Ensure all production related to new business lines undergoes comprehensive quality assurance checks. Engage in housekeeping tasks such as checking returns and managing medication substitutes. Provide clinical guidance and address clinical inquiries. Investigate errors and ensure proper resolutions are implemented and reported. Communicate relevant pharmacy information to the distribution team. Maintain compliance with all company policies and federal/state regulations. Work collaboratively with pharmacy team members to enhance customer satisfaction. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science or PharmD Degree. Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in Missouri; additional licenses may be required based on residency. Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, federal and state regulations related to patient care. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to lift 20 lbs for warehouse duties. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in long-term care or retail pharmacy settings. Outstanding communication skills. The salary range for this position is $103,800.00 - $146,400.00 annually. Your compensation package will also include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). The final salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
