Educate patients and their families to empower them to extend progress beyond the walls of therapy. Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care. Document all patient-related information accurately and expediently, adhering to state and federal guidelines. Remain updated on the latest advancements in the field through dedicated professional development and peer networking. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those still pursuing ASHA certification. Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Therapist. ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
