Your Workweek:Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Madison locationsWhat You'll Do: Build and install decks, pavers, screened porches, and outdoor features.Deliver quality workmanship with attention to detail.Collaborate with team members and communicate with homeowners.Lead and support the carpentry crew on site.Report job progress to supervisor daily.Delegate tasks to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.Provide customer service and uphold a professional attitude.Stay informed about new construction methods, tools, and materials.Adhere strictly to established safety protocols and ensure a safe, organized work environment at all times.
